Harissa Chicken Skewers Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 tablespoons Desert Breeze Harissa Spice Blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
